I also lecture regularly at the Universities of Manchester. I undertake clinical supervision with Doctoral students from the University of Manchester and Masters students from the Universities of Salford and UCLan.
LPL also evaluates, develops and supports well-being and psychological support for staff and clients in small to medium sized businesses.
As with my client work, I feel it is important that supervisees feel comfortable in their relationship with me to share the celebrations and struggles in their client work.
Deciding to undertake counselling is not an easy thing to do, and I view it as a huge privilege to be invited into my clients’ lives at a point where they are perhaps struggling.
I also offer professional and personal development work in supporting post qualification Counsellors and Counselling Psychologists in developing their professional development.
